Rubber PVC Lining

Rubber PVC Lining

Durga Rolls provides premium-quality Rubber PVC Lining solutions that are widely used for protecting surfaces against corrosion, abrasion, and chemical attack. This lining combines the flexibility of rubber with the durability of PVC, making it highly effective for both industrial and commercial applications.
These tanks are lined in a special grade of soft plasticized PVC. The flexibility of the coating enables it to accommodate differences in thermal expansion between the plastic and the steel and absorb any stresses which may be produced. The coating is firmly bonded to the steel and used at temperatures upto 70 degree.
When choosing a PVC rubber lining for a tank, you can consider things like: Rubber Type:– Natural rubber is one option. Semi-hard natural rubber is another option, which has a face stock of 80 to 95 Shore A durometer and a soft rubber backing. The semi-hard face stock is resistant to chemicals, while the soft backing provides good adhesion. Thickness:– Rubber sheets are typically supplied in thicknesses ranging from 1/8 in (3 mm) to 1/2 in (12 mm). Most industrial lining work uses 1/4 in (6 mm) sheet stock. Temperature Range:– Rubber linings can operate in temperatures ranging from -40°F (-40°C) to 175°F (80°C).
These PVC lined tanks are suitable for all types of plating solution, including bright and hard chromium, and for the storage of wide range of chemicals. Rubber linings can be used in a variety of industries, including chemical processing, petrochemicals, petroleum, power generation, and more.
