Our Reinforced Covers are made using multi-layered rubber and fabric composites, combining elasticity with exceptional tensile strength. The reinforcement materials — such as nylon, polyester, or steel mesh — are embedded within the rubber matrix to improve dimensional stability and resistance against abrasion, pressure, and temperature fluctuations.
Durga Rolls’ Reinforced Covers are constructed from premium-grade elastomers like Natural Rubber, Nitrile, Neoprene, or EPDM, reinforced with high-tensile fabrics or steel cords for added strength. They are available in thicknesses ranging from 3 mm to 25 mm and can withstand temperatures from –30°C to +150°C, depending on material selection.
